For the UoM spring break the family headed to Orlando, FL for a week a Disney. Matilda and Oliver both loved it! She's already asking to go back!
March is flying by. This Sunday is Easter and Matilda could not be more thrilled to FINALLY be able to color Easter eggs. She discovered the coloring kits when we decorated mid-month and, much to my annoyance, has been asking to do them ever since.
The next door neighbors seem to be stirring some. A family with 3 young children, I believe, is moving in quite soon. The parents have been over there a lot, probably finishing up some details while their kids are in school. It will be great for Mat to have kids her age right next door to play with.
April promises to be a busy month for us. There will be 3 consecutive weekends of travel for someone. I think I have packing down to a science. I definitely snatch all of the mesh packing cubes for the kids things before J and B have a chance to grab them.
The virus that's going around has hit the house. Mat started with a cough on Tuesday and by Thursday she had a double inner-ear infection. My cough started Thursday and seems to be finally fading off. Lots of Airborne and hand-washing is needed. Sounds like B just started getting it this morning and Oliver has a random cough here and there so hopefully his mom's antibodies will help him fight it off. He has been very sleepy today. Even Matilda is sleeping during her nap which hardly ever happens.
Well, I guess that's all for now. I'll try to keep these posts more regular.
